My thoughts;

I have lived in/near Longbridge my whole life, so it was fun for me to see where I live in someones artwork or photographs. I think the subject matter of the car factory and the people in it was interesting, even if I am not interested in cars. His approach of telling human stories without including humans in photographs is one that is unique and clever, and I think it is important to recognise the power imbalance of some photographers/subjects.

More things I thought were noteworthy was the concept of researching via newspapers and TV shows, and focusing on one year of history. Also how he reflected on his mistake of ot asking the subjects of his work if they were comfortable. Addressing mistakes is something that I feel is important to grow and learn
